Montana Basecamp in kalispell Montana provides full hookup RV sites in a new (opening 2019) RV park catering to high end clientele (rates start in the low $49/$89 night range). The first phase of Montana Basecamp will feature 62 sites, with plans for 330 sites when the park is completed. Each of the campsites will. The park is located on the southwest shore of Flathead Lake and offers spectacular views of the Mission Mountains. It is a popular launch spot to Wild Horse Island. Many of the 40 campsites are situated along the shoreline. For this campground we have 50-amp service, because our main hookup is 50-amp we’ll be connecting this way. When we run into campgrounds that only offer 30-amp service we use a step down adaptor (or dog bone), which allows us to convert our RV’s 50-amp connection into a 30-amp connection.
Located within the city limits of Whitefish, Montana, on a quiet wooded site well off the highway, Whitefish RV Park is close to restaurants, stores, vehicle service, car wash, theaters, breweries and shopping centers. From the SOUTH: From the Intersection of US HWY 93 and MT Hwy 40, head north 1 mile on Hwy 93. Pull into driveway on your left just past Army Navy store.
From the NORTH: We're located 1.5 miles south of Downtown Whitefish. Head south on Hwy 93 through Whitefish to Hwy 93 and Spokane Ave. We are 1.5 miles south of the intersection on the right, behind Subway.
